What happens?:

A new file with PDF revision is uploaded in the given link. The newly uploaded file is shown as 0x0 pixel though the resolution of the book is fairly good. When the original file is downloaded the contents are seen properly. But in the uploaded file page preview is not being shown. Also when the PDF while is used in Index in wikisource the pdf page is not visible. Purge was done. But still the problem persists.

What should have happened instead?:
The uploaded page should be visible.

Event Timeline

I've got he same problem with https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:13!_-_joguina_en_un_acte_y_en_prosa_(IA_13joguinaenunact498rour).pdf
I thought it was a naming issue (initial "!13!..." perhaps caused the problem), but renaming didn't work. Then I tried to re-make the original Int. Archive Pdf (open with gimp, export, open with gscan2pdf, and export), but problem persists.
One curious thing: if you save any change in Commons (e.g. decription), then thumb is OK (660 × 1.102 píxels), but a simple refresh/purge brings the problem again.
If you try to create a "page" on Wikisource (https://ca.wikisource.org/w/index.php?title=P%C3%A0gina:13!_-_joguina_en_un_acte_y_en_prosa_(IA_13joguinaenunact498rour).pdf/5&action=edit&redlink=1) you will see a OpenSeadragon inizialitation popup error (no image found).
Finally, I can see OK the 2 pdf's previously reported.

There are ~10 files in https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:PDF_files_with_errors with the same pattern: the filename begins with "!" and they come from IA Collections. I've converted the PDF to DjVu and will ask for deletion of the PDF. Best regards!
