Multiple editors have requested that topic containers be enabled in the Beta Feature for all discussion pages. Currently, this tool is available only in the Talk: and User_talk: namespaces. The page at https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Fragen_zur_Wikipedia is particularly named as one that would benefit from this feature.

Came here as a part of the ongoing discussion in dewiki, IMO the talk page behaviour should be consistent over all talk pages; enabling topic containers on NEWSECTIONLINK pages could be an extra option.
