This task derives from the usability test analysis for talk pages in October 2022.
Problem: The ✓-icon/button to publish a topic might be unclear to some users.
Solution: Change the ✓-icon/button to PUBLISH for new talk page topics and replies.

Not quite sure what styles are used (color? font weight?), but they’re wrong:
1) font style should be font_group_2
Please make sure to use Roboto Medium, not Bold, similar to here:
2) Color should be color_group_3
