Reason
Unmaintained, with the last version noted on-wiki from 2014 and supporting "MediaWiki 1.17+". Given this extension requires database changes, and the drastic changes that have happened in recent versions of MW, it's probably best not to leave this lying around to potentially accidentally destroy people's databases.
