Hi @SHust it looks although both the weekly and nightly audit have columns named Creation Date, the nightly file has the original donation date there for refunds while the weekly file have the actual date of the refund.

We can look in the parameters Adyen gives us for the nightly audit and see if there is another column that has the actual refund date.

This has been deployed. I updated the payments account report column to switch to booking date and cleaned out all the files in the incoming directory so it won't run with the old columns. I will confirm tomorrow that it's running with the new column.

Confirming that everything is looking good with the column change, refunds coming in on the nightly audit will show the correct refund date now.
