This task involves the work of deciding how Edit Check will initially behave when people add multiple paragraphs without sources.

1. How should Edit Check behave when people add multiple paragraphs without sources?
- Per what we discussed offline on 16 March 2023, Edit Check will start with a simple rule to decide what content to highlight and where to place the citation people add through it: Edit Check will only detect the top-most paragraph or contiguous sequence of paragraphs the user added. The citation gets added there. If the user has also added more content further down (even complete paragraphs), then we ignore those further-down insertions.
