Ensure that there is a Pixel test case to cover the issues identified in the spreadsheet

Complete the remaining Page Tools Regression Pixel tests and update the spreadsheet for status

Acceptance Criteria

  • Add coverage for the recent changes page in Minerva (T335932)
  • Add coverage for no JS page, and no js TOC on small screens (T330713)

Looking at the spreadsheet, I think these are the relevant test cases we can add to Pixel

  • Add coverage for the recent changes page in Minerva (T335932)
  • Add coverage for no JS page, and no js TOC on small screens (T330713)
