This probably has a dependency on T293512: ParserOutput::getText() should be removed from ParserOutput (html2html ticket)

What

There's possibly two steps in this:

1. languages without variants, and;
2. language with variants

Initially, the first step should be fixed before we deploy on anything else than English wikis, see T342871: Parsoid + Kartographer roll-out plan

Handling language variant is known challenge, see T193815: Figure out how to handle language variants with maps. Ideally, should also be handled by the Parsoid version.
