No objection here. But last time I asked, the Growth Team was using it as part of their "default developer setup". I've tagged them and subscribed Kirsten for input.

Thanks for pinging us. https://image-suggestion-api.wmcloud.org is still used as the default development setup in GrowthExperiments. However, that service is currently down and an alternative (ActionApiImageRecommendationApiHandler, which uses data from a production wiki) exists. Let's archive the repository (and decomission the service, if so desired).

I've filled T345556: Remove MvpImageRecommendationApiHandler from GrowthExperiments for related changes on Growth's end (those changes do not block archival/decommissioning the service).
