Goal
As part of the reorg and merger of the Product and Technology departments, data dumps will transition to the newly forming Data Products team. We need to plan a communication strategy that will alert all key stakeholders to this change as well as provide a path for continued service and collaboration.
Acceptance
Communication plan will include
- list of audiences and approach for reaching them
- list of tasks required with owners and deadlines in phab tasks
- plan is complete and ready to execute by September 8th
