This will enable the new nested metadata in production and beta environments.

Desired behavior/Acceptance criteria (returned value, expected error, performance expectations, etc.)

Beta Cluster orchestrator emits nested meta-data
Nested metadata is visible in UX on Beta Cluster
Prod orchestrator emits nested meta-data
Nested metadata is visible in UX on prod
