Swahili:
In Igbo Invitation lists are enabled and I was able to test and they are working correctly.
I am not able to use the Invitation Lists in Swahili because I don't have the organizer right any more, but I can see that it is enabled.
Sending this to product sign off since it is enabled in both wikis, but I want to make sure that they invitation lists are working for @Udehb-WMF and @Jadnapa also.
As this has been released, I will mark this work as Done, but I have separately pinged Antoni in Slack. He will follow-up if anything comes up.
