Description

set up a logstash pipeline for JS errors, with Kafka (via logstash-kafka) as input and ElasticSearch as output
make sure the errors can be queried via kibana (this will probably just work without any explicit configuration if the same ES servers are used which feed logstash.wikimedia.org)
