Description

Context

We need ContentTranslation in Production.

Acceptance Criteria

Followup with Ops team for hardware for Apertium instance in production.
Prepare patches for production (puppet).
Prepare patch to enable ContentTranslation in Mediawiki (mediawiki-config).
Update Apertium/lttoolbox/other packages if needed.
Content Translation is available in production Wikipedias (with defined language pairs) Note: Final list of languages to be confirmed soon.
