Description

After T74541, per the discussion at https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Bar/Discussioni/Permesso_di_editing_agli_IP_nel_sito_mobile_-_fine_della_sperimentazione , there is (so far) unanimous consensus that the setting should be made permanent.

@Nemo_bis this is great. Thanks so much for doing the trial and it's exciting to see the result has been positive. It would be great to repeat this trial in a country with a non-western alphabet with a large mobile audience.
