Maybe I just don't see the option, but I'm not sure how to get the equivalent of https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/buglist.cgi?chfield=%5BBug%20creation%5D&chfieldfrom=-0ds&chfieldto=now&query_format=advanced&title=Bug%20List%3A%20Bugs%20filed%20today&ctype=atom&list_id=243823 - which I actually use quite a lot.

Have you played with search queries? You can fine tune them and save them.

What you want is a list of the bugs filed "today", right?
(Comment is unrelated to RSS) "Created After" on /query/advanced/ allows relative time spans in strtotime() formats, like "-24 hours" or "-1 day". We will have to document this (it's on my list).
