Description

HHVM can be used in RepoAuthoritative mode to improve performance.

Would be good to answer questions like:

What would compilation look like in terms of tooling in tools/release?
What libraries are available to distribute the sqlite db (hhvm.hhbc)?
What kind of separation is needed for multiversions?

These seem like questions it might take a hackathon to answer.
