That's not correct actually: All tasks are members of the MediaWiki-Debug-Logger project so the "dependency" is still trackable - this used to be a Tracking-Neverending bug to track all MW debug logging tasks which was converted to MediaWiki-Debug-Logger project which tracks them as well.
