As an autopatrolled user, I want to be able to react to lists that seem problematic. I can flag it, where this will log the list in Special:Gather/review page, and deactivate the link--directing the lists's hared URL to a page that says "this list is currently disabled". Actions are logged and could be reversed by a dedicated group, that is interested in lists maintenance task.

Some platforms provide such a function and show reported items (if many users reported an item) as "possible unconstructive content" and it is still visible, but the user needs a click to a "Show me the item" link/button. Maybe it's possible to re-use this model here?
