Perhaps the transfer of this responsibility needs to be better visible in Phab as well. Mobile-Editing or Editing-Mobile project tag ?

A meeting has been set for Editing and Reading to discuss further.

To a large degree, T101757 covers the extension piece of this. But there are more abstract levels of abstraction and also lower level ones, to be fair, where more details will need to be worked out over time. Keeping this card open for the time being.

I met with @Jdforrester-WMF and @Florian regarding editing on mobile, and also discussed Flow on mobile with @Catrope. I've sent them some verbiage I plan to email to mobile-l and wikitech-l for their review.

Old task. Resolving. Sorry for Phabricator alerts on a bunch of these old tasks, all.
