Rename test.wikimedia (in Beta) to test.wikipedia (matching prod)

Description

Accessing http://test.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Main_Page loads some values from "test.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org" but also loads some resources from a "test.wikimedia.beta.wmflabs.org".

It should be fully moved to test.wikipedia, and an apache redirect put in place

I'm curious what the reason was for this wiki to be created in Beta Cluster test.wikimedia in the first place.

It'd be a lot simpler if this wiki used the same hostname as prod's testwiki, which is to be under test.wikipedia proper. That would solve the need for a redirect.
