For the time being, we've decided to move forward using the existing wbs_propertypair in order to get the signal. I have created a ticket for this: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T164994. Moreover, there's already a patch which associated with the mentioned ticket, that is, https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/356043/7.

During my time playing around with the code, I noticed that, if an item only have one statement in which its property is not "P-31" (instance-of) or "P-279" (subclass-of), and the property also does not exist in the wbs_propertypairs table, the PropertySuggester won't suggest any properties.

It seems that the quality criteria has been finalized. I have also prepared the dataset for the pilot campaign.

I have adjusted the quality criteria to reflect the outcome of the discussion on https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata_talk:Item_quality. That said, could @Lydia_Pintscher and @Halfak give a last review on it (including the note)? you can find the existing criteria on https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:Item_quality.

@Ladsgroup : A few days ago @Halfak told me that we need to feed the campaign site with at least 5k Wikidata items to adjust with the revised quality criteria.

@Halfak @Ladsgroup : I believe in order to rate items, people could follow the guideline in showcase items (https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:Showcase_items).
