Inconsistent number of translations for each language for an aggregate group

Description

The page I'm looking at is this one.
@siebrand tells me, "looks like there's something fishy with the stats for qqq that cause this. I also see some languages having 485 and other having 486 translation units, even after using action=purge. That's not what I would expect."
(Not sure I picked the correct project, apologies in case I didn't)

The patch hopefully fixes the qqq issue. Action purge cleared the inconsistent unit number, and I think we have plenty of bug reports related to incoherent stats already.

I meant to ask if we'll notice any differences in the numbers at the page above.

This fix wont affect the numbers.
