Multi-quarter initiative

The Team Practices Group is working together to formulate a strategic direction. We are using a process called "Playing to Win" (learn more: https://hbr.org/2012/09/bringing-science-to-the-art-of-strategy). This Epic will be used to track tasks related to the strategy formulation process.
