Too long line for secondary actions results in adding a horizontal scroll bar
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

If there are too many(long secondary actions, it shouldn't look like this:

Ugly horizontal scrolling bar (909×506 px, 60 KB)

I would expect truncation sooner or some secondary actions hidden in the menu. Maybe the namespace should be shortened, so you can actually seemore of the page name in the second secondary actions. Furthermore, I think to reduce these problems the second secondary action of the mention notification should be removed, because there isn't much difference to the primary action.

Since the issue seems to happen with items with more than 2 actions, it seems also related to T125949: For items with more than 2 actions, hide the rest under the "..." menu

Change 275142 had a related patch set uploaded (by Mooeypoo):

Checked (along with T125949: For items with more than 2 actions, hide the rest under the "..." menu) - no horizontal scroll bar is displayed: truncation is done correctly.
