Template translation invites users to add a section (e.g., paragraph, image, template) when hovering on the corresponding area of the translation.

While showing the "+ add translation" invite label vertically centered works well for many sections, it is problematic when such sections are tall enough for the text to become out of the viewport:

It would be good to keep the current approach but add an exception for elements taller than the current viewport (it may be just an approximate threshold), in that case, the label should remain visible.
