When translating templates, users are provided the option to skip them. This makes templates not to be included into the published result. However, in the current implementation, the whole section disappears making it impossible to select it again if you changed your mind.

When a template is skipped we should preserve the area in the translation, aligned, and clean; but allowing users to select it in order to apply another approach for template adaptation.

(Tested in the testing server for a Spanish to Catalan translation of tokyo)
