JS that is not in the WWW folder (in source)
JS that is the same as Android
JS that is different than Android
CSS that is the same as Android
CSS that is different than Android
HTML that is the same as Android
HTML that is different than Android

This list will be used to discus potential first action steps for consolidation.

After discussion with Monte, we're closing T152991, T155695, T155693. Everything presently actionable is tasked in wikimedia-page-library / wikimedia-page-library-tshirt except T164313 which is still being reviewed.
