Redirects with RfD tags should still display in the New Pages Feed as 'Nominated for deletion'
Open, Needs TriagePublic

Description

Redirects with an RfD tag added to them remain redirects and should not appear in the New pages Feed when redirects are filtered out (i.e. the default view).

See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Page_Curation/Suggested_improvements#2._Redirects

Following changes which finally fixed the 'nominated for deletion' sorting, we would now prefer that they be sorted there instead. (see link in comment below for more info)

This discussion is relevant to this task.

In short, this task should treat these as 'Nominated for deletion' now instead of 'redirects'. Because the newly fixed 'Nominated for deletion' section is separate from 'redirects' and we would prefer not to have them in the 'all others' category, they should instead be moved to the 'Nominated for deletion' type category.
