Description

Problem

The default account creation flow uses a captcha to ensure a human user, but captchas have well-known accessibility problems. For this reason, the wikis provide alternative account creation methods. We should allow the user to access them.

Proposed solution

As per the iOS app, add a link to the alternative account creation site on the CAPTCHA screen:

Tapping on the "Request an account" opens the "Wikipedia: Request an account" page at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Request_an_account

This is working for me on 2.7.239-alpha-2018-09-07, but there is a slight discrepancy from the iOS screenshot above. Instead of "request an account," it says "learn more"

Hi @Aborba - should be request an account and link to the Request account page in the Task description

Cool, I'll move it to blocked or waiting for now. Right now the link location is correct, but the wording is not correct.
