The page actions bar is not working in IE11 (most recent IE). Not sure why. Should investigate.
Works fine in Microsoft Edge.
@ABorbaWMF - could you try reproducing this for IE 11 on mobile, tablet, and desktop?
@ovasileva I tried using windows phones with crossbrowsertesting and browserstack, but I wasn't able to reproduce this issue until I used a desktop browser with the mobile site. Here's what I saw:

Thank you @ABorbaWMF. Seems this is only happening on desktop, so setting priority to low
The bug is very easy to replicate but the task needs analysis to identify the route cause before we can be confident in an estimate.
This really should be a one point task.
