Relatedly, I'm not aware of any dedicated project in Phabricator (that's why this is MediaWiki-extensions-Other). It's up to project maintainers to request them.

With regards to Phabricator, the issue is with the extension not having a mirror here. It has on GitHub. I'll set up the mirror shortly.
