Hello. Opt in grouping by page in preferences.

In recent changes, grouped edits font is smaller than single.
In watchlist, grouped edits font is larger than single.

Checked with safemode. Recognized on Android.

This font diversity is obnoxious and makes these change lists look really unprofessional, as though WP had adopted the ransom note school of typography.
