As far as I am aware (someone correct me if I am wrong), the process to get Wikispeech (a software project worked on by WMSE) closer to deployment on Wikimedia production servers seems to take longer than ideally needed.
Taking Wikispeech as a case study, this task is about identifying and analyzing problems in our processes, so next time a chapter or an organization works on a piece of software things are more streamlined (and less frustrating?).
