Status: No reaction from Riksarkivet we change to status declined

As we now can use Wikidata and the Hub tool its just a small code change to link from a church archive -> sv:Wikipedia see [[T200170]]

This solution was presented in Växjö for more people from the Swedish National Archives at a big genealogy event
