IIRC FlaggedRevs would not be deployed to any more wikis. Stalling it till it will have clear status.

It has already been 2 years since I applied. Bengali wikibooks community would be grateful if you could complete this please.

Priority reflects reality not wishes. FlaggedRevs is not been installed on new wikis.

Closing years-old config change requests as declined to reflect reality; if the community still wants this once whatever technical blockers to deploying FlaggedRevs there are are resolved (if they ever are) then the community will need to come to a new consensus and follow the process from scratch.
