When I access to myfrench Preferences / Email options in :

https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Special:Preferences#mw-prefsection-echo

Text of the combo displays: Ne pas m&#039;envoyer de notification par courriel
and should be: Ne pas m'envoyer de notification par courriel
(&#039; seems badly interpreted/written)

Thanks for the report. The translation is clearly being escaped twice in the code, so not a translatewiki.net issue.
