Description

We need two unique URLs for testing section editing:

Version A: should not have section editing
Version B: should have section editing

This is necessary to complete: T209986
These URLs will make it possible for us to A/B test on the Media Wiki and the Hebrew Wikipedia.

Note - both have section edit buttons, version A does not have scrolling that removes the content during the edit.
