In order to ensure we have "enough data" [1] to compare the revised "structured" edit workflow to the existing edit workflow, instrumentation of the existing needs to be live and gathering data for at least two weeks before the "structured" flow is released.

This two-week timeframe could change depending on the wikis we move forward with. See T221816

The above is a result of @Neil_P._Quinn_WMF's and my conversation on 23-April.

Enough data: it is not likely 2 weeks worth of data will be produce a large enough sample size to reach statistically significant results. We accept this tradeoff.
