I'd like to request bureaucrat rights on the english wikipedia beta cluster (username DannyS712). In the near term, this is so that I can test out the pagetriage-copyvio api (see T226789#5342194), but this will also let me, going forward, add and remove admin/iadmin as I test out different things, either for phabricator tasks or for creating my own user scripts (eg I needed IAdmin to try to work on a guided tour).
