@Theklan for me it works when I am logged in as well. Can you try to identify why this problem occurs? For example change your settings disable gadgets, try another wiki or another account and try to understand when this problem occurs and when it does not. Thank you.
I have reset all the default options in my preferences and it works. I have enabled all of those I remember I had and it works. So there should be something that I forgot preventing me from seing the link.
I mark this as resolved, though we don't know if it is actually resolved for everybody.
