Description

Per T231337: Evaluate our need and use of Nextcloud we decided to stop our use of Nextcloud. Now it is time to do it.

Once all subtasks are solved (bar T242876: Decommission Bergrummet) we should do a quick search for Nextcloud on sewiki to ensure it has been removed from any active guidelines/checklists.

I've removed Nextcloud from all current pages, i.e. not logs and such. There remain a few economics related pages where I don't know what should replace Nextcloud in the instructions. I've posted on their respective talk pages:
