Profile: analyze effects of homepage creation bug

Description

The Growth team may one day work on building a "structured user profile". As background research, it might be informative to look at how this accidental bug affected userpage creation by newcomers: T248347: Change blank user page to mirror mobile experience (Allow customisations of Article::getSubstituteContent for different namespaces). For about three weeks (starting on 2020-03-17 and ending on 2020-04-07), users on desktop were shown mobile's prompt on their blank userpage to create the page. We could look at:

  • Did the volume of userpage creations change from usual?
  • Did the size or quality of userpage creations change from usual?
  • Did the deletion or revert rate on newcomers' userpages change from usual?
