Change article text color to base10 for Light + Sepia on iOS and Android
Closed, ResolvedPublic1 Estimated Story Points

Description

We’re currently using pure black (#000) for article text in the Light and Sepia theme for Android and iOS.

To be consistent with Mobile and Desktop Wikipedia, we should replace text instances of #000 with #202122 in both Light and Sepia theme for Android and iOS.

For Android, this means: Apply primary_text_color from the theme guidelines.

Event Timeline

@cmadeo, please verify the colors for iOS. Quickly checked, it seems that Sepia is using a different value on iOS at the moment (#1E2223). Might be a color profile issue on my Laptop:

.

@schoenbaechler we should (technically) already be using Base10 for our primary text on iOS for Default and Sepia, but we'll use this ticket to be sure to update :)

This requires changes to the mobile-html endpoint and will apply to both apps.
