@Huji beware that you cannot be notified in wikis where you don't have an account (e,g. ro.wp)

I'm going to visit all those wikis so that CentralAuth generates as account for me.
When I will review the list in ~2 weeks, I will recheck those wikis not checked off to make sure I did not miss a notification.

Looking at this task again, what is the status? Should we check every wiki again, and/or send another announcement? @Huji

With much delay, this is done. One would say that maybe we should run another DB query, but I actually rechecked all of those wikis manually to see if there are any other filters using rmspecials that would need a correction and couldn't find any. If any other wiki has since created a filter, we can at least try to notify them with another user notice once T263024 actually goes live.
