Description

Found while checking T273118 on wmf.33.

I checked several wikis - ruwiki, kowiki, svwiki, and testwiki - the issue was present there.

On Special:Homepage click on "Ask your mentor a question" in the Mentorship module.
The popup panel - "Ask your mentor" - will be displayed shorter than before and the panel will have a vertical scrolling.

The issue is not present on cswiki wmf.33

I see this issue also at ro.wp (Romanian Wikipedia) and it does not look very well.

I re-checked "Ask your mentor" panel on the wikis mentioned in the task - it seems that the issue is not present anymore (checked in Chrome). Closing as Resolved.

This issue is present on rowiki (Romanian Wikipedia).

The issue is no longer present (but some hours ago it was).

The issue is easily reproducible

enable Homepage but do not enable Help panel
On Homepage click on "Ask your mentor a question" - the displayed "Ask your mentor" panel will be short.

Reopening per Elena. That suggests we're missing some CSSes from help panel. @kostajh @Tgr, do you know what CSS we miss?

Re-checked in wmf.5 - the issues is not present anymore.
