@LZaman FYI, I've removed this as the acceptance criteria for T288980, since that one is only for setting up the new library, not for adding enough components to make the library a viable replacement for WVUI. I think that completing this ticket should be part of T288980 since the epic includes planning out how we'll add existing code to the new library, but I don't see actually adding those components as part of the epic. I've added acceptance criteria to T288980 to clarify.
