To reproduce:
- In the browser preferences, set Punjabi (pa) as your top preferred language for showing websites.
- Enable Content Translation in the Urdu Wikipedia.
- Go to https://ur.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D8%AF%DB%81%D8%A7%D8%A6%DB%8C%D9%88%DA%BA_%DA%A9%DB%8C_%D9%81%DB%81%D8%B1%D8%B3%D8%AA#/languages (or some other article that exists in other languages, but not in Punjabi)
- Observed: The "Missing in Punjabi" (میں موجود نہیں ਪੰਜਾਬੀ) row shows an arrow icon that points to the right.
Expected: the icon must point to the left. It points to the right in LTR languages, and must point to the other direction in RTL.
