Translation title changes to article title when translating a section on desktop

Description

Starting a section translation on desktop for the "Legal status" section of the Moon article with this link (notice the "sourcesection=Legal+status" parameter) the translation shows the section name provided in the parameter as a title but after loading it gets replaced by the article name ("Moon").

This can be better observed in the video below:

The expected behaviour would be for the section title not to be overwriten. In particulat it may make sense to (a) use the title provided as parameter (assuming the one creating the link knows which is the section title) and (b) in cae the parameter is missing to use the section title (in the target language when possible).
