When my mobile connection is slow and I switch to using the wikitext editor, I want to understand how I might change back to the visual editor.

Note that the siwtcher on desktop is shown when going between VE and the 2010 editor because the switch pencil is in a different place. We don't show it when switching to 2017 wikitext editor as the switch pencil doesn't move.
In the case of the slow connection prompt, users are using a very different button to switch to source mode, hence the need here.
